His sermons and preaching are so effective that about half of the world’s population accepted ‘Buddhism’. Unfortunately Bihar is falling apart on the name of cast, creed and religion. Bihar’s fortune has reached nadir, the lowest point. In this background a well-knit management established “Buddha Siksha Sewa Sansthan” to bring about development and improvement in education in a peaceful atmosphere. Management ventures to state that several units of the Sansthan are doing excellent work. The new venture is the establishment of primary teachers training College, Patna under the canopy of love, affection and friendship and peace and Technical guidance of N.C.T.E. The college shall hit the butt and attain excellence in respect of the teaching-learning process.

Igniting Minds:

Kothari Education commission’s remark “ the destiny of India is being shaped in the classrooms of schools” is meaningful. School students shall be the future citizens of the great country. Only good teachers can ignite the minds of the students in the classrooms. The teacher will water the child plants and then the child plants grow. Primary teachers training college, Patna : Here lies the pivotal role of the primary teachers training college, Patna. The college shall produce efficient teachers; teachers who are expert in research works, teachers who make researches in the heat of the action, popularly known as action research, teachers who have personality to influence class population and teachers who are determined to move towards excellence ; teachers who dream and then translate the dream in thought; thought results in action, visionary teachers shall produce visionary students and then alone destiny of India shall be shaped in the school class room.

President A.P.J Abdul Kalam in his recently published book “Ignited Mind” has expressed in verse:

Dream Dream Dream
Dreams transform into thoughts
And thought results in action.

In the “Epilogue of the book the president has offered the following prayers:
“O Almighty, create thoughts and actions in the minds of the people of my nation so that they live united, help all religious leaders of my country give strength to the people to combat the forces of division.

Embued the thought “ Nation is bigger than the individual’ in the mind of leaders and the people.
O God bless, my people to work and transform the country into a prosperous nation soon.”

Buddha Siksha Sewa Sansthan along with primary teachers Training college , Patna are determined to take the above quoted prayers of president as a mantra to shape destiny of this great nation.

Undoubtedly Bihar’s fortune has gone to nadir. This will not deter the college management. The management has Faith in P.B.Shelly’s inspiring lines of ode to the west wind:-

Scatter, as from an unextinguished hearth Ashes and sparks, my words among mankind !
Be through my lips to unawakened earth the Trumpet of a prophecy !
O wind, If winter comes, can spring be far behind.
